Information you give us
- Your account information: the email address you sign up with, or the email address of the Google account you use to sign in
- Your answers to screening questions and the questionnaire for the form you choose, which can include your name, date and place of birth, A-Number, Social Security number, addresses, employment, travel, family, and background answers, depending on the form
- Any message you send to support@mimidocu.com
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand visits and purchases. Google Analytics receives page-view data and general usage events, such as which form you started, which questionnaire step you reached, or which guide you read. After a confirmed purchase, Google Analytics receives the checkout identifier, amount, currency, and which form was purchased, and Google Ads receives the checkout identifier, amount, and currency. We do not send your answers, name, email address, or card number to these services.
Where your information is stored
Your answers are saved in your web browser so you can keep working on the same device. When you are signed in, your answers are also saved to your account in our hosted database so you can continue on another device. Access to your saved application is limited to your own signed-in account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered in Stripe's checkout and are handled by Stripe. MimiDocu does not receive or store your full card number. We keep the identifier of your completed checkout so the website can confirm that you paid and unlock your prepared package.
How we use your information
- To create and protect your account and let you sign back in
- To save your progress and let you continue your application later
- To prepare the form you choose and its preparation package from your answers
- To confirm your payment and unlock your package
- To answer your support email
- To count page views so we can improve the website
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share information only with the service providers that make this website work, such as our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and website analytics. We may also share information if the law requires it.
After a confirmed purchase, we send the name and email address you used at checkout to Trustpilot, an independent review service, so Trustpilot can invite you to share an optional review of your experience.
Your choices
- You can review and change your answers at any time before you generate your package
- You can clear the copy saved in your browser by starting over
- You can email support@mimidocu.com to ask us to delete your account and your saved application
Children and this website
This website is meant for adults preparing their own application. It is not directed to children.
