These terms explain what MimiDocu does, what it does not do, and what you agree to when you use this website.

MimiDocu is an independent document-preparation service. MimiDocu is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not submit applications to USCIS, and is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government.
What MimiDocu is
MimiDocu is an independent online document-preparation service. MimiDocu is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not submit applications to USCIS, and is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government. Communications with MimiDocu are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Blank immigration forms are available free of charge from USCIS at uscis.gov. You are not required to use MimiDocu to prepare or file any form.
What the service includes
- Questions about your situation in English, Spanish, or Arabic
- A saved application you can return to from your account
- A personalized list of documents you may need to gather
- A prepared PDF of the form you choose and a preparation package you can review, print, and file yourself
Your responsibilities
- You provide true, complete, and accurate answers
- You review your prepared package before you use it
- You sign and file your own application with USCIS
- You keep your account password and email access secure
- You use the website only for preparing your own application, or an application you are allowed to help prepare
Fees
Each form has its own one-time MimiDocu preparation price. See All Forms for current prices. You can begin answering questions before paying and pay when you are ready to unlock your prepared package. There is no subscription.
MimiDocu service fees do not include USCIS government filing fees. USCIS fees are separate and are paid directly to the government.
Refunds

No guarantee of results
USCIS decides your application. MimiDocu cannot promise that your application will be accepted, approved, or processed in any particular time. MimiDocu prepares documents from the answers you provide and is not responsible for answers that are incorrect or incomplete.
Accounts and access
You need an account to use the full questionnaire so your progress can be saved. We may suspend access to an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or any unlawful purpose.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@mimidocu.com.
