Security and Data Protection

This page describes, in plain language, how MimiDocu handles your account and the answers you save on this website.

Effective date: September 2, 2026.

MimiDocu is an independent document-preparation service. MimiDocu is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not submit applications to USCIS, and is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government.

Your account

  • You sign in with an email address and password, or with Google
  • New email-and-password accounts must confirm the email address with a verification link before the questionnaire opens
  • Only a signed-in account can open the saved application that belongs to it

Your saved answers

Your answers are saved in your web browser so you can keep working on the same device, and, when you are signed in, in your account in our hosted database so you can continue on another device. Our database rules limit each saved application to the account that created it.

The website is served over HTTPS, so traffic between your device and the website is protected in transit by your browser.

Payments

Payment is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered inside Stripe's checkout, not stored by MimiDocu. When you return from checkout, the website confirms your payment with Stripe before unlocking your prepared package, so access to a paid package cannot be granted by changing something in your browser.

Your prepared documents

Your N‑400 PDF and preparation package are generated from your own saved answers when you ask for them, and are delivered to you as a download. Please store the downloaded files somewhere safe, because they contain personal information.

What you can do

  • Use a strong password that you do not use on other websites
  • Sign out when you use a shared or public computer
  • Start over to clear the copy of your answers saved in that browser
  • Email support@mimidocu.com to ask us to delete your account and your saved application

Honest limits

No website can promise perfect security. We do not claim any certification or audit. If you believe your account was accessed by someone else, or if you find a security problem on this website, write to support@mimidocu.com and describe what you found.
