Refund Policy

What you pay for

Each form has its own one-time MimiDocu preparation price, shown on the All Forms page. The service fee does not include USCIS government filing fees. USCIS fees are separate and are paid directly to the government. Blank immigration forms are available free of charge from USCIS at uscis.gov.

Before your package is generated

You may request a refund at any time before your completed package for the form you chose is generated. Write to support@mimidocu.com from the email address on your account and tell us you want a refund.

After your package is generated

After your completed package for the form you chose has been generated or downloaded, the service fee is nonrefundable, because the work you paid for has been delivered.

Exceptions

We will refund the service fee in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• A technical failure kept you from receiving your package and MimiDocu cannot resolve it

How to request a refund

• Email support@mimidocu.com from the email address on your account
• Tell us the date of the payment and the reason for your request
• We will answer by email and tell you whether the refund is approved
• Approved refunds are returned by our payment processor to the card you used, and your bank decides how long it takes to appear

MimiDocu is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not submit applications to USCIS, and is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. government. A refund from MimiDocu does not return any fee you paid to USCIS. USCIS filing fees are generally not refundable by MimiDocu.
